Rhinoplasty is a surgical procedure that changes the shape of the nose. Rhinoplasty can aim to change the appearance of the nose, improve breathing, or both. The upper part of the nose structure is made of bone. The lower part consists of cartilage. Rhinoplasty can change bone, cartilage, skin, or all three.
